Who We Are

Laurie E. Vandendool

BA, JD
Owner

Laurie attended law school at the University of Manitoba, Robson Hall and was called to the Bar in 2012. Laurie articled with Manitoba Prosecution Services from 2011 – 2012 and remained practising as a Crown Attorney until February of 2018 when she moved her practice to Irwin Law Office where she now focuses her practice on family law, wills, estates and real estate.

Laurie has been an active member in the Dauphin community since her arrival in 2011. She was the volunteer head coach for the Parkland Gators Swim Club from 2013-2018 and is still involved with the club to date. Laurie volunteers her time each year at Dauphin’s Countryfest as well as other community held events throughout the year.

Eleanor Henderson

Eleanor Henderson is an associate practising in the areas of family law, wills and estates, and real estate law. She earned her Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia. She completed her articles with Legal Aid Ontario in May 2025.

Originally from Saint John, New Brunswick, Eleanor has lived throughout Eastern Canada as a member of the Canadian Armed Forces Reserves before recently relocating to Dauphin, Manitoba. She is committed to providing practical, client focused legal services and is proud to serve the Parkland community.
